Dr. Pallisco brings more than a decade of special education, transition planning, and employment coaching into a practice built on dignity, evidence, and lifelong inclusion. Every engagement is individualized — because no two journeys into adulthood look the same.

Ashley is a college, career, and employment support professional who has built transition programs, partnered with families and communities, and supported neurodivergent adults as they move toward their own goals.

Kelly brings more than 25 years of experience supporting children, students, and adults across school, home, hospital, and community settings. Her background includes autism, social-pragmatic communication, language, executive functioning, and neurological differences.
